How do SHAPERS products work?

Our SHAPERS undershirt is specially designed to shape and tone your body while providing maximum comfort . Thanks to the combination of high-quality premium stretch fabric and double-layered material , the shirt conforms perfectly to your body’s contours, smooths out problem areas, and accentuates your natural silhouette. It also helps you maintain better posture.

What is the undershirt made of?

83% spandex, 17% nylon

After extensive research and testing many samples, we have determined that this blend offers the most effective shaping and firming properties on the market.

What is the composition?

Double-layer fabric

With twice as much fabric as conventional men's shapewear, our design ensures maximum shaping and optimal support.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped from our warehouse . Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can track your package. Delivery typically takes 6–11 days.

Does SHAPERS ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Can I change my address?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address during checkout , please contact us immediately atsupport@lumagbr.de. Our team will do its best to change the shipping address as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only change the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Returns

Can I return my product?

SHAPERS accepts returns up to 14 days after the delivery date.

The products must be in like-new, undamaged conditionno stains, no perfume odor, no deformities—and must be returned in theiroriginal packaging.Unworn and unopened.

Returned products are inspected as part of the review process. Returns thatdo not comply with our policy cannot be accepted.

You will receive instructions on how to ship your return in the email you received after submitting your return request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
